Shipping Policy

Shipping:

We ship throughout the Mexican Republic via Redpack, Estafeta, FedEx, and Paquete Express at a cost of: $199 Mexican pesos for standard shipping and $299 Mexican pesos for express shipping for orders weighing no more than 5 kilograms.

In the event of a special order for several products, shipping will be quoted separately, and the customer will be informed of the available options to choose the most suitable one. Standard shipping takes 5 (five) to 7 (seven) business days and express shipping takes 2 (two) to 5 (five) business days to arrive at its final destination from the time it is handed over to the courier service.

The average delivery time for an order from Los Milagritos to Redpack, Estafeta, Fedex, and Paquete Express is 2 (two) to 5 (five) business days, counted from the day after the purchase was made, at which point the delivery days by said courier company will begin, under the responsibility of the latter and its availability, depending on the type of shipping selected.

 

If an item that needs to be specially made has been ordered, the delivery time is 4 (four) weeks from the partial payment of the order (70% of the total order payment) and the full amount must be settled for the order to be shipped.

 

During special discount dates, the delivery time for an order from Los Milagritos to the courier company may extend up to 7 (seven) business days. Communication: 

The courier chosen may call the phone number provided in your purchase order to facilitate delivery. Someone must be available to receive the order at the address. If the order is not received, a second delivery attempt may be made. If no one is found at the specified address, the customer must call the courier service to follow up on their package: 55-3682-4040 for Redpack, 55 52708300 or 800 (3782338) for Estafeta, 55-5228-9904 for FedEx, and 55-52800-821-0208 for Paquete Express.

 

All our shipments are carefully sealed and protected in a cardboard box to minimize any risks, and we ensure they reach their destination. However, we are not responsible for any eventualities that may occur during transit.

Incidents:

If there are 2 failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to the store and can be sent again provided the customer pays for shipping again.

If the package is lost by the courier service, a report will be filed with them, and a solution will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

If the package arrived in poor condition and the products are broken, you will need to send an email to: hola@losmilagritos.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +52 9901511589 with attached photos and videos as evidence for follow-up, and it will be resolved on a case-by-case basis.

If the payment method is detected as fraudulent or a possible risk, "Los Milagritos" reserves the right to request an official identification from the customer to verify their identity and finalize the order shipment; otherwise, a refund will be issued.
